BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder of FIZI. We produce and sell protein, vegan, and chocolate bars with healthy ingredients.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Kulturarynku?

We already had the idea for a great product and wanted to launch an interesting brand around it. Thus, we needed someone to help us with its marketing and branding.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kulturarynku helped us create our entire branding, including the logo, name, packaging designs, and brand guidelines for our visual communication. Although we didn’t require them, Kulturarynku offers other services like social media communication and marketing strategy; they’re very strong in those areas.

How did you come to work with Kulturarynku?

We wanted to work with someone with branding expertise, and a friend of mine recommended them. Initially, I went to them for consulting. We had a one-hour meeting, after which we decided to work together on a long-term project.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent around $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from November 2022–February 2023.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were able to launch our product using the branding and design guidelines created by Kulturarynku. We’ve done everything according to the strategy they delivered, and our launch has been successful, so I’m very satisfied.

How did Kulturarynku perform from a project management standpoint?

I was very pleased with Kulturarynku’s project management. They met all the deadlines, which was surprising because some creative teams usually don’t do that. We communicated via Telegram.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most meaningful part of working with Kulturarynku was not only that they proposed to create a beautiful design and name but also that their approach changed our mindset. They helped us realize that we needed to build sustainable brand guidelines so that every team in the future could take them and do their jobs according to those guidelines. Ultimately, they developed an easy brand system, which helped us develop our brand easier.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Kulturarynku was very good at branding, naming, visual asset design, social media marketing, and day-to-day communication. Still, it was unclear how we could work together and have a daily routine regarding advertising.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Trust them because they’ll propose something that dives a little deeper, and it’s well worth it.
