What was the scope of their involvement?
They do market research and come up with different brand name suggestions. It’s a very long process that takes six months to a year. Little by little, the brand is created, and they help with the brand’s look, color, approach, message, and representation. Then, they move into brand strategy. We do surveys and focus groups to get to the final image of the brand and determine whether the project is ready to be launched.
Most recently, TRIXMEDIA Inc created a new brand for Livepop, Inc. In the first phase, they created a general strategy for us to work with buyers to represent the product. We followed the process outlined above to come up with the brand, and then we worked with our bottling, printing, and packaging manufacturers.
Once we have buyers, we will move on to the second phase, which is going to be more advanced and personalized marketing and branding for the product. We just finished phase one, and we’re in negotiation with buyers like Costco and Wal-Mart. As soon as we get the purchase order for 2021, we’re going to jump to the second phase of the process with them. They’re going to bring some other third parties into the picture as well. They have created a landing page and are going to do the web design and web development for us as well.
What is the team composition?
The main contacts are the CEO, creative director, and brand strategist. Many others work on a task-basis, including three designers.
How did you come to work with TRIXMEDIA Inc?
We’ve worked with them for many years. They had been recommended by Coca-Cola Enterprise a long time ago. We interviewed other companies, but based on TRIXMEDIA’s work and experience in our industry, we picked them. We’ve never thought of switching to work with another company.
