In the past, we had a Wix website that didn't look very professional, so we decided to hire Cross Graphic Ideas to create a new one where we could show in English and Spanish all of our information professionally.

We worked with Cross Graphic Ideas on creating a WordPress website that could work as a presentation card for our company. They made the website from scratch, from pictures to design, colors, font selection, and content.

I traveled to Jaipur in the past and met their CEO personally. Also, our company reviewed different proposals, and theirs seemed like the best fit as we know them personally and felt we could trust them.

We worked together from June 2021–January 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website is a great presentation card for our clients thanks to its quality. Also, they were great at making adjustments whenever we felt we needed it, so it was a great experience.

Overall, they were very professional and ensured that we were 100% happy with the website without any extra charges.

How did Cross Graphic Ideas perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via email and Skype, and we never had any issues regarding that — everything was very fluid. Despite the language barriers and different time zones, we didn't have any problems in that matter. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their accompaniment was outstanding; they always felt very close despite being in a faraway city. They also provided great follow-up and didn't just finish the relationship as soon as they delivered the website. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on. I wish they could speak Spanish, but there's nothing I can think of besides that.

I recommend anyone to work with them; they are a trustworthy agency.
