Brandma performed a number of works for us related to the design of marketing materials and a trade fair stand. The company designed a product catalog, product leaflets and and advertisements in a new and more modern form. Brandma has prepared a design of construction elements for a trade stand at the Cosmoprof fair and several designs of stands for shops and fairs.

A very high number of online ad views and press ad shares on social media. Orders from wholesalers and distributors for stands and their satisfaction with the functionality of the stand.

The company was in constant contact throughout the entire project development period. We had regular meetings to discuss projects at every stage. The company took the initiative and proposed solutions that could improve processes. Corrections were made quickly, even in cases of emergency projects.

First of all, excellent understanding of the customer's needs and matching solutions. Brandma was hired to develop a comprehensive branding service that included KVs for promotional actions, brand creations for internal and external communications sub-brands, and social media campaigns. We also required a few landing pages for sub-brands, as well as sales and marketing materials.

We worked with their creative director Mateusz & Art Director Maciej and a few of their project managers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The marketing team reported that since working with them, their efforts and design have helped increase sales. We were able to accomplish the goals, and the outcomes were better than we had anticipated. Overall, we were 100% satisfied with their work, and they exceeded our expectations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their creative director was key for getting both teams to work together when needed and keep the project on schedule and on budget. Communication was excellent all around. We communicated via email and phone calls. A schedule and timeframe mostly outlined the entire process. In every meeting, Brandma completed the tasks and kept us in the loop throughout the process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Brandma genuinely collaborates as a team, maintaining interest in your company and brand while focusing on effective solutions. They took on our priorities because they actually cared about us. Additionally, they were very adaptable to our modifications and wants. Brandma™ adapts quickly so whenever we present a challenge, they seize the opportunity. They know just as much about our industry as we do. They also provide a demanding intellectual atmosphere.

I am a recruiter in the German clothing brand NEW YORKER based in Braunschweig and with the Polish headquarters in Poznań. We have 100 stores throughout the country.

For what projects/services did your company hire Brandma™?

Due to the large number of employees employed per year, we decided to create a small compendium of knowledge, which will be a kind of instruction on the first days of work and the most important information in a "nutshell". We needed to dress our words in an interesting graphic form and accessible content. This is how a welcome book for an employee was created on the subject of training, in short the Welcome Folder.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a company in Greater Poland, establishing contact with a few, but it was Brandma who met all our conditions. First of all, we were encouraged by the portfolio, excellent approach to the client, meeting our expectations, i.e. flexibility - adapting to our vision and understanding the needs of our project recipients.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The implementation of the project resulted in every form of contact: telephone, e-mail and stationary. After discussing the vision, expectations and technical aspects, we sent a prototype to Brandma along with the materials needed for the project (photos, descriptions, graphics). Then, over a period of several weeks, we systematically received new drafts, which we jointly corrected and supplemented with missing and new elements.

Finally, we received a ready-made project for approval, which was approved. The same project was subjected to a major modification 2 years later, because an update was required and here the whole cooperation looked the same. It is worth mentioning that we could even count on communication in English.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was an image project. On the first day of work, we wanted every employee to receive an allowance that would help them adapt and acclimatize to a new place and team. We have released 500 copies over a period of one year. After this time, we collected feedback from the superiors and the employees themselves that the form and content of the Welcome Folder are very useful and are eagerly used by not only new ones, but also employees with longer experience. That is why we decided to refresh the project and start its 2nd edition.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Contact with Brandma was flawless. If we needed to organize an ad hoc meeting, there was no problem with that. However, through e-mail correspondence and telephone calls, we took care of every little thing, because we understood each other in half a sentence and thus no longer "debates" were required. However, when it was necessary to meet our foreign-language employee, communication was not a problem.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Understanding our vision and the needs of the project recipients, because they were quite specific and required, first of all, to "put on shoes" and look at the whole thing not only through the eyes of the graphic designer, but also the person who will look at it in completely different circumstances. Secondly, adjusting to our company's policy and rules. Brandma did 100% of these two points. The very graphic skills and creativity are topics that could be discussed for a long time - PERFECT! On a huge + also interest in receiving the project and feedback. It is not standard for the company that fulfilled the order to express a keen interest in the results of its project at the client's. In a class of its own.
