Each step of the way, we've given our approval and then moved on to the next step. They've met the deadlines. We've had to press pause several times, and they've been fine with that. They've accommodated our schedule. They've gone above and beyond and met with us outside of normal business hours because we must start our clinic at 9 o’clock.

Moreover, their work was beneficial because it coincided with the COVID-19 pandemic. The wholesale part of our business reduced dramatically because many restaurants and cafés shut down for a while.
