I am currently a Marketing & Brand Manager at a Tier 2 construction company in Melbourne.

For what projects/services did your company hire Brandwell, and what were your goals?

Our business is quite new to the market and has largely been operating in the shadow of our older brother Tier 1 construction brand Crema. The brand invigoration is a chance for Camillo to step into the spotlight, and establish itself as its own powerful entity while continuing to reference our roots.

We grew up with one of the Creative Directors so it was a pretty simple choice for us to trust the company with our brand's vision.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received assets and a whole new brand framework that encapsulated how we want to be seen as a company and where we aim to go. Customers, staff and stakeholders have provided positive feedback that the new touchpoints look great and they get a better understanding of who Camillo is.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had weekly WIP meetings where we went through all elements of the campaign and what they required from us and what was outstanding from them. All new assets were provided to us in a timely manner to great quality.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their commitment to learning about our business and doing necessary research at the start was impressive. They gave us the time to understand our needs and wanted to help us reach our goals. Their creativity and the way they could describe our history, our brand and where we want to go was remarkable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No.

Design Narratives is an emerging collaborative interior design studio in Melbourne, Australia, of which I’m the owner-director.

I hired Brandwell to create a brand identity and website for my studio

What were your goals for this project?

Design Narratives existed only as an aspiration. The goal was to create an identity and online presence that would clearly reflect the storytelling approach we take on design.

How did you select Brandwell?

I approached Brandwell through a referral from another business that I am a client of, that had also worked with Brandwell.

Creation of brand identity and values, brand image (logos and icons), website creation, guidance and tips for social media presence

What was the team composition?

Anthony and Damien from Brandwell and two copyrighters who were engaged by them.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The logo, brand and website seem to have been well received. I’ve been given positive feedback. Social engagement has been increasing steadily.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Brandwell did a great job in working to the originally estimated dates. They were very approachable, flexible and responded promptly to my queries via email or phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were very professional yet approachable. And also patient when I did not submit my part on time!

I can’t think of any, really.

Brandwell were engaged to rebrand previous bands and business names and were able to come up with a quality, modern and streamlined approach to our new brand being Limomate

What was the team composition?

We worked with the directors of Brandwell directly who have been attentative, responsive and were able to provide an excellent outcome.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The final outcome has been great - fresh looking, modern, stylish rebrand - Limomate.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication has been excellent - the directors have been able to take on all our suggestions, analyse our core offer to clients and represent this in a clean new brand Limomate.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What was most impressive was there was no fuss and their ability and willingness to genuinely understand what we do, our appeal and points of difference in the marketplace.
