We mostly used email to communicate and Pixel Jar was very responsive. We also used Zoom and phone calls if we needed to talk through issues with them. They were always available and demonstrated a high degree of understanding of our needs as well as the technical resources to implement them. Occasionally a discussion went beyond our original scope/budget/agreement and they were very helpful in letting us know our options in moving forward.
