We sit down and talk about our goals, timelines, and what we expect this thing to do when it’s done. Once they go through that analysis, they assign somebody to the team who works on it. We have regular meetings to check in on the progress. I had no problems with the timeliness of their work. We used Basecamp, and that was very handy.

There were three people that we worked with. When they came to us with their proposal and how things were going to look and feel, there was one guy that we were interacting with. All those in-house were very seamless. It seems like there’s a lot of internal communication going on there. So, if I talk to one person about something, he knew what the other people had already talked about. I felt that the communication was really strong.
