For example, we have the challenge of being a 24/7 business, and because they're in Eastern Europe, no one is available if there's an issue in the middle of the night. The team came to us with a solution for how they could provide 24/7 service through an emergency line that would wake up a team member. This was something I wouldn't have thought was possible, and it turned out to be an amazing solution that gives us the confidence to know any issue will be fixed no matter the time, without us having to hire extra people.

For example, we have the challenge of being a 24/7 business, and because they're in Eastern Europe, no one is available if there's an issue in the middle of the night. The team came to us with a solution for how they could provide 24/7 service through an emergency line that would wake up a team member. This was something I wouldn't have thought was possible, and it turned out to be an amazing solution that gives us the confidence to know any issue will be fixed no matter the time, without us having to hire extra people.
