We continually receive complements about our current application and how easy it is to use, which is as much a testament to iTechArt’s work as it is to our internal design work. We recently had to create a 1-off version of our app on a standalone device for a tradeshow but with a ton of added features while keeping it securely connected to our backend. iTechArt was able to turn around the additional build, and the only issues we had were related to the spotty internet. The application worked perfectly throughout the event, and we were able to increase our user base 3x over the course of 10 days.

August Ash delivered on time with only one exception: the build phase of the project was delayed because of other projects August Ash had in progress. However, the cause of this was our delays and change orders in the prior phase, which caused our project to begin mis-aligning to their larger overall project portfolio.

In terms of how they manage their business, they run everything through Basecamp, while some people just write you emails and there’s no way to keep track of things. But, they manage everything through Basecamp. Tasks get assigned with timeframes to specific people. It’s a very efficient process. It means that we’re in the loop every step of the way, and I really appreciate that level of transparency.
