      They were really good partners and they led very effectively. They provided knowledge and input in areas where we may have an intuitive sense about what we think should work, but don’t necessarily have any real data to back it up. They were very good about helping to steer us in a direction that would give us what we wanted, and not the thing we thought we wanted. Whenever they suggested something, they explained the reasons why they were suggesting it. We were able to tap into their expertise, but they very much treated us like a partner.
