When we launched the application with the new design, users really liked it. Users liked the design and the new features that they provided like notification and location services. Appocenter has helped to increase the usability of our apps based on new ideas, features, and designs. Due to the success of the first app, we continued to partner with Appocenter from there. They have been very supportive since then.
What distinguishes Appocenter from other providers?
Appocenter is flexible. Their team has very innovative design ideas. They do a great job of creating wonderful images for applications. Also, they make sure applications are very user-friendly. Their team has made sure that the applications are not too complex. They've made the applications very interesting and very attractive.
Is there anything Appocenter could have improved or done differently?
During our partnership, there have been some changes that I suggested, and we definitely work together to fix any issues. There have been some instances where I have had to work closely with them to make sure they understand correctly and I'm communicating my ideas clearly to them.
I would say the processes that they have are well established, and they work hard and try to deliver things on time. From a delivery point of view, they have improved their processes since we have started working with them.
