Our legacy driver services application is a web-forms architecture that we are migrating its modules to our existing vehicle services application that is a client-side blazor app hosted in Azure.  The legacy app has been being developed for over 15 years and there are many pages and processes to migrate.  Additionally, we are developing a robust set of APIs for our clients and partners to collect data outside the new application.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are just getting started, but EPIC's resource has already contributed to our new developer API portal that hosts our first API to make roadside inspection data available to clients.

Although it is early in the relationship, we have been pleased with the contributions from our EPIC resource and the project manager keeps us updated with weekly reports.

The management team is very attentive and responsive to our needs. The development team has delivered the scheduled components on time as expected. They are very receptive to the Agile framework that we operate in. They have been willing to accommodate added responsibilities as requested and have met our expectations. They have blended with our IT culture exceptionally well.
