We've also increased credible leads from our Contact Us form over 200%.

If I had to identify one area for improvement, it would be the initial creative direction on some of the page designs. While we absolutely loved where every page ultimately landed, there were a few instances where we needed to go through several rounds of revisions to get the designs to a place that fully aligned with our vision. At times, this meant using all of our allotted revision rounds, and I think there could have been opportunities to get closer to the desired direction a bit earlier in the process. That said, the team was always incredibly receptive to our feedback, quick to turn around edits, and genuinely committed to getting things right. We never felt like our feedback was a burden, and we really appreciated their willingness to continue refining the designs until we were happy with the result.

LCG Capital Management hired UPQODE to design and develop a new website that reflects our updated brand and positions us as a boutique commercial real estate firm with institutional experience. Our previous site ran on a Divi build that felt clunky to manage and didn't communicate who we are. UPQODE handled the full rebuild on WordPress, including strategy, competitor research, custom design, frontend and backend development, technical SEO, QA, and launch. They also integrated our property listings directly from CoStar.

The new site delivered clear, measurable improvements. Before the rebuild, LCG didn't appear on the first page of Google results for our own company name. Now we rank at the top with multiple sitelinks, making us easy to find for anyone searching for us. The CoStar integration eliminated manual listing uploads entirely. Listings now sync automatically, so the site stays accurate without extra work from our team. Since launch, we've also seen a noticeable increase in inbound inquiries and email newsletter subscriptions.

UPQODE ran an organized, communicative process from start to finish. They managed time well, stayed transparent about timing, and kept the project on track at every stage. At launch, they coordinated directly with our outside IT partner on DNS changes, which made a technical step feel seamless on our end.

As a young company, we didn't give UPQODE much to work with. Our old site had little worth recycling, and we lacked a deep library of photos or existing content. UPQODE still delivered a polished, professional website that makes us look like the established firm we're becoming.

Honestly, very little. UPQODE set clear expectations, communicated consistently, and delivered what they promised. We'd happily work with them again.

I’m the CEO of Photon Queue. We develop efficient, all-optical quantum memories for storing photonic qubits, enabling faster adoption of quantum communication, computing, and metrology with high performance and practical storage times.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

UPQODE delivered Figma designs, content creation, a homepage layout, and specific messaging. We don’t have any quantifiable results yet, but we will start getting reports from them in the near future. Increased traffic isn’t our main goal; we need a website that looks professional. Our field is small, so I don’t expect to get customers from random web searches, but we need to showcase that we’re a legitimate company. The new website met our expectations in terms of professionalism and representing our company accurately.

How did UPQODE perform from a project management standpoint?

They exceeded my expectations. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

UPQODE often had to prod us to get things moving because they were quite efficient. They have a pretty large team dedicated to tackling every aspect of designing, developing, and launching a site.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We paid them to tackle some additional graphics and logo touch-up, but that was much less successful. For pure web design and layout, they’re amazing, but I’d go to a graphic design shop for graphics or animations. They pretty much just used AI to generate graphics that had no physical meaning. It was a deviation from what we actually represent and was just distracting.

No dig on them; it’s truly hard to create the type of graphics that are useful in a quantum computing hardware context. The lesson is that I need to work with a dedicated designer and be very explicit about what I want the graphic to look like. I’m not upset about the graphics because it was low-cost, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I think we got roughly what we paid for.

Information organization: I think that some requests got lost in very long email threads. Not sure if there is a management system that would be able to help assign tasks and sort comments and important links, but that might be helpful for very large projects (like a website).

Timing expectations: I've worked with a company that would send me a visual timeline to go with the scope of our work (and would incorporate any delay on our end). Something like that might be a good way to set expectations for bottlenecked work and how long everything takes to develop. It would be a useful reminder during the meetings as well.

We hired UPQODE to redesign and redevelop our website to create a more modern, user-friendly experience that better reflected our organization’s mission and programs. Our goals included improving site navigation and mobile responsiveness, migrating a large amount of existing content, creating scalable page templates for future growth, optimizing site performance and SEO, and improving the overall donation and user journey experience. We also wanted a platform that would be easier for our internal team to manage and update long term.

What was the scope of their involvement?

UPQODE handled the full redesign and redevelopment of our website, which was a large-scale digital modernization project for our organization. The scope included discovery and strategy workshops, UX/UI design, WordPress development, content migration, mobile optimization, site architecture restructuring, and technical implementation across a website with more than 70 pages.

The project focused heavily on improving the donor journey and creating a faster, more stable, and more user-friendly experience. UPQODE implemented reusable page templates and scalable components, optimized site performance and SEO, supported analytics and tracking integrations, and helped improve the overall donation experience across the site.

They also assisted with hosting migration, QA testing, bug fixes, launch support, and ongoing maintenance after the website went live. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The new website significantly improved the overall UX, site stability, and internal efficiency for our team. Before the redesign, we were dealing with ongoing plug-in issues, inconsistent mobile performance, and technical limitations that created friction for both donors and staff. After launch, the website became much easier to manage internally and provided a more streamlined and modern experience for users across devices.

We also saw improvements in donor engagement and digital fundraising performance through optimized donation flows, improved navigation, stronger mobile usability, and more effective campaign landing pages. The new site gave our team a much more scalable foundation for future campaigns, storytelling, and ongoing website management while reducing reliance on manual processes and technical workarounds.

We received positive feedback from both staff and donors after the launch of the new website. Internally, our team appreciated how much easier the platform became to manage compared to the previous site, especially when creating new pages, updating content, and supporting campaigns. The improved organization, reusable templates, and more stable infrastructure significantly reduced day-to-day frustrations and technical issues.

From the donor side, feedback centered around the cleaner design, improved navigation, and overall professionalism of the site. The updated experience made it easier for users to find information, engage with our mission, and complete actions such as making donations or registering for events. Overall, the new website better reflected the quality and impact of our organization.

They did not approach the engagement like a standard website build. Their team took the time to understand our organization, our mission, and the challenges we were trying to solve from both a donor and internal operations perspective.

We were also impressed by how responsive and flexible the team remained during a long and complex project with many moving parts. Upqode was engaged to design and develop a fully custom website for our company, Ash Gear & Supply Corporation. The scope of work included rebuilding our website in Webflow with a focus on performance, usability, and modern design.

The project involved creating a structured and searchable product catalog, integrating all product and technical data from our existing catalog directly into the website, and developing individual product pages for each tool we offer.

Additional responsibilities included implementing a quote request feature, optimizing the site for mobile devices, improving site speed and SEO fundamentals, and ensuring an intuitive user experience for industrial buyers. Upqode also handled design, development, testing, and launch of the website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website was just recently launched, so we are still in the early stages of measuring long-term performance metrics. However, the immediate improvements are clear in terms of usability, structure, and overall presentation.

The new site provides a much more organized and searchable product catalog, making it easier for customers to navigate and find relevant tools. The transition from PDFs to fully integrated product pages has significantly improved accessibility and user experience, especially on mobile devices.

We expect the improved structure and user experience to positively impact customer engagement and quote requests as more users interact with the site.
