Communication is excellent — he’s always available via email, responds within hours (often same-day), and explains technical concepts in plain English (in video). They have delivered every item ahead of schedule so far. The website health fixes were completed faster than promised. Whenever I’ve had questions or requested adjustments (like focusing on specific product categories), Chad has jumped on it instantly and incorporated my feedback the same week.

I’m not paying them as they learn to do it. They know the details about everything. They seem to be ahead of most people in their knowledge and experience. When Google announces a brand-new beta, they’ve got their clients doing it a few days later.
