Introduce your business and what you do there.

I was CMO for Halo Health, which was recently acquired by Symplr. Now, I’m VP of growth marketing.

What challenge were you trying to address with RoundTwo Digital?

I’ve brought them in to help us improve and expand our paid advertising program.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve hired RoundTwo Digital three times. They’ve provided performance media as paid search on Bing and Google.

After I joined the organization, I took a look at the health of the performance media in terms of advertising and paid search. Then, we identified the business challenges and goals and made a list for all the metrics. I asked for a performance media rating study, which allowed us to benchmark where we were lagging. Finally, we had the blueprint for implementing the improvements on the website, advertising campaigns, and keywords.

What is the team composition?

We work with Joseph (Managing Director), the business principal. He has an additional team working on content, keywords, and more behind the scenes.

How did you come to work with RoundTwo Digital?

I worked with them in several different jobs at a previous company. They were very effective, so I brought them with me.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in April 2021, and it’s an ongoing process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We look at a couple of things, including changes through the paid channels and the leads generated through them. We saw between 25%–35% improvement within the first four months, and the results have improved over time.

They’re excellent; we don’t have any concerns. We primarily use Google Data Studio, emails, and phone calls to communicate.
