SocialSEO made a significant impact in the quality of our leads. Compared to other vendors we'd worked with previously, they were the only ones able to deliver results.

Although our account manager has changed three times, communications have been consistent. They're accessible and responsive, checking in with us both weekly and monthly.

SocialSEO creates high-quality written content that requires little editing. Unlike other vendors we've worked with, they put in the work to ensure the content is great.

Changing account managers three different times isn't ideal, but overall everything has been great.

It's important to remain involved and treat the relationship as a collaboration, rather than work that's being outsourced. Provide as much guidance and feedback as possible to ensure the content is moving in the right direction.

We recently went through a rebrand, and we stopped working with our web developer. There was a transition, and we had lost traction with launching the new site and our position in Google searches. We needed help fast.

Initially, SocialSEO went into our company’s background, asking about our beginning and what we were looking to do in the future. Natasha (SEO Specialist, SocialSEO) went into our website and gave input on what we needed to change to be on the top of Google searches. She updated areas to make sections more appealing, creating content through blog posts and taking the lead on new keywords.

Natasha is our primary contact. I worked briefly with John (Digital Marketing Consultant, SocialSEO). He was primarily the salesman who we communicated with before signing the contract. Natasha reaches out to other members of her team for some assistance with the site.

My former creative director contacted various SEO companies. He fell in love with SocialSEO’s customer service. They answered his questions rapidly and gave it to him straight.

SocialSEO’s work has been amazing. Our clients are leaving valuable reviews on Yelp and Google. We’ve seen an increase in calls. Our website is also more efficient because of their work. We’re thrilled with these fantastic results in such a small period. We can only imagine what their work will continue to be in the future.

Natasha understands our company. She’s incredibly organized, and her follow-up is almost immediate. We mainly communicate through calls and emails.

SocialSEO goes above and beyond. I receive a pleasant surprise from their company each week. Natasha is always giving or working on something to better my business.

No, not really. Their team makes SEO easier to understand. They walk through everything with our team step-by-step. I have no complaints working with SocialSEO.

I would advise taking advantage of the weekly phone calls. When their team sends work for you to complete, do it as fast as possible. Once it’s done, they can put everything into motion, making your results show up quicker.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

SocialSEO has raised a lot of our organic search results. We went from 24th page to the first page on some of our core phrases, such as “doctor and golden” or “primary care and golden.” Those are pretty great results, especially compared to what we got from the previous SEO company. The digital marketing PPC campaign is also bringing in many more suitable patients and clients.

How did SocialSEO perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very transparent and responsive. Their communication is great. I have to hustle just to keep up with them. We have biweekly calls and then they always follow up with an email. They'll also touch base with an email if they haven’t heard back from us on some issue. It's a good balance.

Their transparency definitely sets them apart from the last company we worked with.

At this point, no. I can't think of anything.

Having your own Google Ads account set up would probably help the onboarding process.

We’re a small company so we outsource work for all tasks we aren’t experts in. We wanted to hire an SEO team to help us with social media marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

To begin, SocialSEO set up our Google Analytics account. They took over our Facebook activity and created a business account for our company. The blog and social media content are displayed on the new monthly calendar. Their team provides reports every month, and we work together to create topics and materials to post. They assist us in finding the right keywords and strategically engaging on social media.

We’re moving to redesign our current website and SocialSEO is providing consultation throughout the process. We’re currently in the interview stage with other vendors, and their team provided a list of key questions for us and helps review each company when we’re done.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The efforts from SocialSEO have resulted in a strong, prominent presence on social media. The brand is much more visible than before their team established our business presence digitally. They also included us in 50 online directories to improve our Google ranking. However, we don’t have any specific metrics because our current platform isn’t optimized enough to see the results. Once we get our site revamped, we expect we’ll see great results from SocialSEO’s services.

How did SocialSEO perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been very attentive and involved throughout the project. In the beginning, their associates met with me in person to understand my brand and vision. They give me consistent, weekly reports on their progress and future steps. We primarily speak on the phone or through email whenever we need clarification or updates, and they’re always available.

We value the level of personal involvement and integrity they bring to a project. They deliver on their promises each time. Compared to previous companies we’ve worked with, SocialSEO continually gives us satisfying results.

Our rankings have significantly increased for many of our keywords and phrases. We also now organically rank on the first page of results for access control companies. After about three months, we were no longer on the second or third page for most keywords. We were mostly on the first page, and our traffic increased dramatically.
