At Bridgestone Americas, we needed an efficient and effective way to digitally create, optimize, manage, and update our sales and marketing collateral. The current way of working was outdated, inefficient, and not scalable at the speed and budget we needed. We contracted SHIFT to partner on this -- among many other key strategic projects. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Through this great partnership with SHIFT, we were able to reduce the speed of editing to market for our sales and marketing collateral. Not only did they support us with speed, but they also provided a scalable digital asset management process to ensure accuracy and graphic design excellence. This project allowed our team to focus on other internal tasks due to the trust, speed, and efficiency of the SHIFT teammates.

With almost 20 years of vendor management experience, I can confidently say SHIFT's project management is second to none. Easy - the people. The SHIFT team is the best partner I've experienced in almost 20 years of working with marketing vendors. They take time to understand your team, your needs, the project, and more. In every aspect, they go above and beyond to overdeliver on projects and communications. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something SHIFT - Communication Supply Chain Solutions could have done differently?

Honestly, I have nothing to suggest for improvements. Overall, great experience.
