F might work a little bit better than D for you.” They were very much collaborators with us. I really learned that since we gave them the job. Secondly, they are very willing and able not just to take orders, but also to provide input and collaboration. For me, being able to have a team that collaborated with us and could make suggestions as well as take orders, and took the time to understand what I’m trying to do made a huge difference.

Internally, our team now has better tools to manage products and orders, reducing manual work and improving efficiency. The project also helped position us as a more modern, tech-forward company in our industry. While we’re still gathering long-term data, early feedback has been very positive. Customers have noted the improved speed and usability of the site, and our internal team has reported smoother workflows and fewer technical issues. We’ve also seen a noticeable drop in cart abandonment during the first weeks post-launch. Since the launch of the platform, we've seen approximately a 20% drop in cart abandonment and an estimated 15% increase in conversion rates compared to our previous platform. These early results confirm that the new experience is resonating well with our customers. Alluxi’s project management was excellent. They delivered on time, maintained clear and consistent communication, and were highly responsive to our feedback and evolving needs. Their structured approach kept the project on track and gave us confidence at every stage. We primarily communicated through a WhatsApp group. Their combination of technical expertise, design quality, and proactive communication made the experience seamless. Overall, the project went smoothly. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be providing more frequent progress demos during key development phases. That would have helped us catch small adjustments earlier.
