I am the Content Coordinator at the edtech company Quizrr. Quizrr is a worker-centric app which uses informative videos and quizes to inform workers about their rights in a fun and engaging way.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire RemesMedia, and what were your goals?

As we were starting a program in Mexico, we wanted to have our informative videos in an Latin American context for the workers in the factories to better associate with the information in the videos. Our goal with our project was to get well made videos which were produced from a Latin Amerikan perspective.

RemesMedia was very professional, listened to our wants and needs and was able to delivery high quality films wihtin our timeline

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We interviewed a number of film production companies in Mexico. The reason we decided to go with RemesMedia was their experience in educational material, the pricing, that they were positioned in MX city and that they seemed very professional and understood our needs already from our first call.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

The videos are short films which represents different phases; Recuritment Practices, Occupational Health and Safety, Workplace Dialogue and information in the workplace.

We started of with handing over the scripts to get them localised with the help of RemesMedia. After having several meetings talking about actors, location setting, production details etc, we had a representative from our company to come and assist during the shoot. After the films were ready, we had 3 review rounds to spot any faults etc.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Gabriel and the feedback process was quick and very good. We were very satisfafied and our 3 rounds of reviews was enough for us to change what we wanted to change in the videos.

The video start with the images of a couple , were the boyfriend gifting a necklace to his girlfriend, after that scene shows all the steps of the logistics, starting from the origen of the necklace , in this case was in france , wich each scene we have shows how we coordinate the shipment to mexico, made the customs release and delivery the cargo on the store, where the boyfrind would be able to buy the gift. we use real scenes of the places like our offices , the places were we made the customs release and the delivery at the warehouse of our client.

They always was very available to give us several ideas about how to get the target that we planting on the beginning. They always gived to us several options to choose for each scenes, music etc
