We first hired them to provide us with digital marketing services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve had different projects with them. At first, they started managing our paid campaigns. As our business started growing, they revamped our website and developed new sites for some of our brands. Since we’re a franchise, we use the company’s international corporate system.

What is the team composition?

We have a base team of about six people. It does change depending on the project. For development projects, we have another team with an average of three people.

How did you come to work with Masclicks Agencia Digital?

We used to work with another agency, but they didn’t have all of the expertise we needed. I heard about them by chance during a casual conversation with people in the industry. After that, I contacted them. I really liked their proposal, and we started working with them after that.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our collaboration with Masclicks Agencia Digital started in February 2016.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Masclicks Agencia Digital shows great commitment to their projects. In three to four months of working with them, our reservations doubled. By now, they’ve tripled. The digital parts became an important sector for us. They’re a great partner for us.

How did Masclicks Agencia Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated with them daily, and the communications were great. We feel them as part of our company, not just a service provider.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their collaboration has opened doors for us. We’ve been able to work with innovative companies in the industry. Masclicks Agencia Digital is great at orienting us and showing us what works best for our sector.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have anything particular in my mind at the moment. We’ve had great results with our collaboration.
