We started working with them in November 2020, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve shown great availability and flexibility to solve any technical issue that might come up. Our clients’ opinions have been very positive. Also, we’ve had a great level of sales. So far, we’re pretty satisfied with their work.

How did SISU Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management skills are one of their greatest strengths. They do detailed planning of the hours assigned to each developer and are very transparent about how those hours are consumed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their internal communication as a team is excellent, which translates into good deliverables. We rarely ask for any changes because all of them meet our quality expectations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

At first, they provided very detailed reports, but they became more flexible about it with time. We talked to them about it, and they fixed it quickly. At the time, there isn’t anything else to be improved.

I was the head of product for a corporate-sponsored startup collections platform when I worked with SISU Technologies.

What challenge were you trying to address with SISU Technologies?

We needed their support in building a multi-component platform for our partner financial institutions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially met with SISU Technologies to relay our requirements and proposed project flow to their team. Once this phase was finalized, they proceeded with building development and design solutions via Java and AWS on the backend and Javascript and React on the frontend. Meanwhile, our onshore development team solely focused on the platform's backend and UX functions.

What is the team composition?

We worked with Alejandro (Founder), a UX specialist, and two developers.

How did you come to work with SISU Technologies?

One of my friends recommended SISU Technologies to me.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project ran from March–November 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We hadn't measured any quantifiable success metrics as we only accomplished the product development a week ago; however, we were easily impressed with SISU Technologies' capacity to collaborate with our internal team and execute solutions that helped us meet our development goals. They also delivered well-designed and commendable functions that elevated the quality of our product.

How did SISU Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We finished the project ahead of our projected deadline, which spoke a lot about SISU Technologies' timeline-oriented approach. Throughout the process, we could always rely on their team to address our concerns, implement bug fixes, and stick to our budget.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They remained efficient from the pitching to the deployment stage. We got what we paid for and more with SISU Technologies' services.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was a learning curve in our project management methods, but it was nothing that both parties couldn't fix.

Organize weekly sprints and trust their team to deliver the results you need — SISU Technologies can even outperform your internal resources.

What challenges were you trying to address with SISU Technologies?

I was the manager of a patient's program, and the project grew more than we expected, so we needed to create an app to escalate this project.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SISU Technologies helped us design the app from scratch and made sure it was what we were looking for with this program.

What was the team composition?

There were four people involved.

How did you come to work with SISU Technologies?

The company had a list of service providers that had collaborated with before, and we found them on that list. We evaluated two different companies, theirs being one of them, and we chose them for the value proposition. They showed to be innovative and able to provide a great quality of services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from October 2016–May 2017.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They did a great job; the app was disruptive, professional and they managed to create an innovative solution without losing touch with the human part and empathy. 

How did SISU Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We had in-person meetings, presentations, and tests of the app on our phones. In terms of communication, we used WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They offer a great value proposition.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — they were able to solve everything we needed, and we clicked with them.

I'm the President of my organization called TOCA, Team of Creative Answers. We are a marketing and design company.

What challenge were you trying to address with SISU Technologies?

There was this client called Unilever who wanted more than graphic design and more of strategy. I was thinking of building an app for them and since we’re a graphic design and marketing agency, we had no developers. I then called Alex from SISU and that was my contact with him.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The app we developed was for the buyers of soap called Camay and Zest. The project calls for us to make an app for just 5–7 users — these users are considered the top buyers in Mexico, and this app would enable the seven buyers to compete with each other for a prize. I contacted SISU and they were very clear with the project. The quotation was very clear, which is something that isn’t normal here in Mexico for programmers, and the delivery was great. They were on time, and my client was very happy.

The app is to encourage top buyers to buy more products. In addition to the development, we created the graphics to show the users how many products have been bought without giving the actual numbers — since the actual numbers are private. It’s quite a difficult challenge as users can only see a percentage of their purchases and compare it to their competitors.

The application is available for both Android and iOS devices. As we are designers, we shared with SISU some screens which they used for their framework. We were responsible for the UI/UX design of the app, and they were mainly responsible for the development. They also did the follow-up when the concept was up and running.

We work with Alex (Director) and two other developers.

How did you come to work with SISU Technologies?

It was a recommendation from a friend of a friend.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2017, between January and March, and the partnership with them is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Well, the client was more than satisfied, and the folks at SISU were what we expected. They were very professional and they delivered on time. At first, we experienced some bugs and crashes when they were developing, but it was nothing that they couldn’t solve.

How did SISU Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

They were perfect. They don’t use any project management tools but we mainly communicate through phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We found their initial quotation impressive and clear. I’ve worked with other vendors in the past who gave us a different fee from the original quotation. They said something like they needed more hours, or something unexpected happened. With SISU, everything was really clear.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. I think they are perfect.

Any advice for potential customers?

I would advise that if you're not clear with what you want, SISU might help you with some solutions. For example, if I needed to know how something specifically worked, they will make it work — they will think, and they will provide you with an upgraded proposal.

We hired them to achieve a very fluid and intuitive platform that worked with few clicks and had good responsiveness.

SISU Technologies worked on the design and UX of the platform. They built it using Angular.

I mostly work with one person, though it's been two people at some points.

I worked with them at a previous job post at another company, where they were hired to work on a similar project focused on UX. That situation was a good reference for their work.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started together in 2015. The project lasted six months in total, but SISU Technologies was involved for about three months.

It was a successful project. Our client was very happy with the platform’s UX.

We communicated mostly via email and phone calls. Their project management was very good. They were always available and had very clear and open communications.

SISU Technologies' ability to propose new ideas and improvements stood out. They always respected our needs as the client.

Please describe your company and your position there.

We are an Experiental Marketing agency based in Mexico City. I`m the Managing director of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire SISU Technologies, and what were your goals?

It was for an incentive project for the Bayer sales force. We contacted Sisu to develop an online platform to manage different contests and for the sales force. Through the platform, participants received incentives for doing their job in the best possible way.

The platform allowed us to obtain detailed reports of the work developed by each of the participants and to assign the prizes to the winners.

SOLUTION

How did you select SISU Technologies and what were the deciding factors?

We had already worked with Sisu on other projects where they showed great professionalism and compliance with goals and delivery times.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The project consisted of the development of a brand new web platform from scratch. The platform was deployed for a big multinational pharmaceutical company and its purpose was to enable them to manage an incentive program for their field representatives.

The work not only involved the development of the system, SISU also worked directly with our client and our implementation team to understand and design the service. The system was developed responsively, to be used in both desktop computers and mobile devices.

The technologies used were Java EE for web and it was deployed on AWS.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

3 people from SISU were involved in the project: a project lead, a programmer-analyst and a UX/UI designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I think the most important thing was that the client renewed the contract. Also our client was able to have visibility into some field activities that were previously very difficult to monitor and were able to identify areas of opportunity to improve their internal processes.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

The project management was very good. From the beginning, the development times and the delivery dates of the advances were defined. Sisu met the deadlines. We had several follow-up meetings throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The best thing about working with Sisu is their reliability. Things happened as we defined them together with them from the beginning of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that i remember.

We had more projects than we could handle ourselves so we decided to outsource some of these projects to another agency.

They helped us with the development of a website for one of our clients, as well as the creation of different landing pages.

We worked directly with two people but they had a bigger team working with them.

How did you come to work with SISU Technologies?

One of the managers of our company had worked with them before and he was the one who referred them and established the collaboration. As for why we continue working with them, it is because they have shown great results, professionalism, and knowledge of the field. They also have great skills and very competitive prices compared to other companies in the market.

We started working with them in 2015 and had a continuous relationship with them until I left the company in 2018.

We are 100% satisfied with their work, it was very important to know the feasibility and budget we needed for the project we had in mind so this project was key for our decision-making process.

By collaborating with them we've been able to improve the image of the products we offer our clients.
