The entire technical foundation for real-time personalization was built from scratch and launched on time. All planned communication channels were successfully connected and tested. Use-cases and analytics dashboards went live, giving the NovaCard team full visibility and the ability to run targeted campaigns independently

Deep practical knowledge of Bloomreach (both frontend SDK and backend scenarios), lightning-fast and clear feedback on any question, high flexibility in solving tasks, plus the ability to write clear technical specifications very quickly and take on the most complex parts of integrations practically without constant supervision

Are there any areas for improvement or something WE2 DIGITAL AGENCY could have done differently?

Everything went smoothly overall. If anything, it would have been helpful to get even more detailed comments in the first versions of technical specifications on edge cases — it would have saved a couple of clarification rounds. But this is minor; the team reacted instantly and fixed everything on the fly

The team adapted easily to tasks like migration flows and A/B tests, staying flexible and focused on what the client needed.

WE2 did a great job overall. One area to improve could be clearer initial documentation for complex cases like the churn experiment—to avoid small delays. A quick dashboard training upfront would also help the team get more value from day one. That said, their flexibility helped solve most challenges along the way.
