We manage a website content claendar, and measure success by our ability to meet planned deadlines - which the Beon team continues to meet consistently. We also track website metrics like traffic, engagement and conversions - which all the content Beon helps us build contributes to.

They’ve also adopted domain knowledge of our platform, and they’re completing work at the same rate as our software engineers.
How did BEON Tech Studio perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been great from a project management standpoint. We use Jira as our project management tool, and we communicate through Zoom.

We’re impressed by their sourcing process and the way that they’ve been able to communicate possible candidates for our team and the way they let us vet them. They’ve been very collaborative in that process — helping us find engineers that are really a good match for our team culture and skillset.

For every new position, we meet with our BEON.tech representative, identify our needs, and discuss expectations from both ends to determine what they need from us and what we need from them. We also discuss our specific requirements and the job specifications, including the specific skill sets required.
From there, BEON.tech identifies potential contractors for us to interview and eventually hire. Throughout our engagement with the engineers we hire, we review their performance and ensure it's up to par.
What is the team composition?
We work directly with a recruiting representative from BEON.tech.
How did you come to work with BEON.tech?
I don't know how we came to work with BEON.tech. We've been working with them for some time now, and the partnership was originally established through another department.

BEON.tech has been pretty effective at finding candidates for us. Each engineer is responsible for specific tasks, so we don't have quantitative metrics to show the impact of their work. Qualitatively speaking, BEON.tech has identified really qualified candidates for us, so we've been able to onboard top-tier engineers; that's why we've continued working with them.
How did BEON.tech perform from a project management standpoint?
Whenever something comes up, BEON.tech has been very receptive. Thankfully, nothing egregious has happened, and we've had no serious issues. Thus far, it has been a cohesive experience. We use project management tools internally, but we don't use them to collaborate with BEON.tech directly. We simply communicate via email and have a shared Slack channel as well.

We found them through a recommendation from one of our advisors. We were considering multiple teams, but decided on Beon because of the quality of talent they brought to the table, as well as their great communication skills.

I have worked with three people on their team, and all have been highly professional. My first point of contact was Founder, which I really liked. I have since worked with two project managers who are both great communicators and easy to work with.

Beon was able to help scale our team as needed with quality engineers in a timely manner. We were able to launch the MVP of our platform in Q4 of 2022 and are continuing to iterate on the product.
