Serna Group planned a pre-launch awareness campaign. They positioned us in key media outlets and with prominent media representatives in Mexico. We appeared in more than 300 media outlets, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3, and included interviewees in mainstream media. Additionally, over the course of several weeks, they invited approximately 100-200 influencers who popularized our space. Regarding digital resources, they implemented an SEO strategy that allowed us to attract many clients prior to the opening, ensuring that more than two weeks of tickets were already sold out on the day we opened. The website had more than 300 keywords positioned in the TOP 10, all related to our services. The ROI was well over 600%.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We managed to get featured in more than 16 media outlets each month. At least one was always TIER 1.

Approximately 20 influencers came to live there every month and recommended the experience.

On launch day, they organized a press conference with a top celebrity, and it was a huge success.

The project's KPIs were exceeded every month. And they were very ambitious.
