Looking at other competing partners that provide cloud-based management, a lot of their setup and deployment will take a much larger effort than Waterbear has to perform, and at a much larger cost per month. The value we’re getting stands out. The other metric I use to evaluate their service is our ability to deploy our web application updates and code without any interaction from them. Because they’ve automated everything in the deployment pipeline, code is up and running within 15 minutes of the developers pushing it and with only 30 seconds–1 minute of downtime. It’s a world-class deployment pipeline.
