Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We migrated our customer success and account management data, activities and workflows from Churn Zero to Hubspot which was the CRM we were already using for new business. 

Churn Zero was unable to handle a number of sophisticated triggers and events due to the challenging of aggregating data correctly in a data hierarchy. 

Adeel was able to help us accomplish this brilliantly in Hubspot. He led the process, setting up the custom object, the data points and flows and all of the automations which then nudge our customers and internal teams into next best actions in order to grow our relationships. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Completion of the transition from Churn Zero to Hubspot with all flows tested multiple times, not an easy task in itself. 

Monitoring metrics / dashboard that tells us when any flow is encountering issues and confirming to us that correct audiences are receiving correct communications at volume. 

Ongoing support during hypercare phase, adoption phase and beyond.

Very responsive, enjoyable to work with and super knowledgable about Hubspot. I consider myself a strong power user. Adeel and his team have super powers.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Ability to find solutions to very complex problems by breaking the problems down into simple parts. The team understands Hubspot, which means that once the problem is simplified, they find a solution 100% of the time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something 3 & Four Technologies could have done differently?

Maybe offer a wider audit of our account / set up so you can make recommendations on other things we need to change in Hubspot and also help you grow our relationship with you.
