I’m a manager at a fashion retail company.

What challenges were you trying to address with Eximia?

We were looking for ERP software for our accounting department.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The ERP software was our first project with them. We had an integration of a new system into the previous billing system in one of our branches. After that, we expanded the system into our global company billing system. So far, they've implemented the software in our seven branches. They use an SQL Server as a database.

What was the team composition?

In the beginning, Eximia has provided three developers and three support people. Their team composition has changed through time. In total, we must have worked with 10 people.

How did you come to work with  Eximia?

When we were looking for ERP software, we started searching for different options. Then, Eximia was referred by a third-party company that had worked with them. In the end, we liked what their team offered because it adjusted very well to our needs.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent $150,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing work began in January 2014.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

This project has allowed us to integrate our processes into a single platform. As a result, we can oversee our processes and manage our billing.  The platform has been a very important achievement for us and has allowed us to approach our management and accounting areas in an efficient manner. Above all, we’ve been able to seamlessly integrate the ERP software in several branches.

How did  Eximia perform from a project management standpoint?

We used to meet face to face before the COVID-19 pandemic. At that time, they showed great availability, and they were willing to solve our issues right away. Once we’ve shifted to communicating remotely, we began using a drive to share information and have had great results.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their flexibility and ability to solve and attend to the particular needs of our industry have been impressive. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can improve the information they provide about the systems they create for us.

I am an accountant for a car rental company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Eximia?

Our previous system wasn’t meeting our expectations, so we needed someone to develop a custom ERP platform.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Eximia developed a custom ERP platform from scratch. The platform allows us to manage many different aspects such as contracts, purchases, billing, and fleet management. They currently provide support and updates for the system.

What is the team composition?

We work with about five people: two developers, an accountant, a commercial manager, and an extra teammate for support.

How did you come to work with Eximia?

One of our founders knew them. When this project came up, we reached out to them and decided they were a great fit. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $45,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2012, and it’s ongoing. Eximia implemented it in November 2013, so the actual development lasted for about a year and a half.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’re excellent — they’ve met all of our expectations and have been very good at continuously adapting the system to our changing needs through time. When the system was implemented, it allowed us to gain significant improvements in managing various departments.

How did Eximia perform from a project management standpoint?

We had periodic in-person meetings to set new milestones until we were ready to migrate our previous platform. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The system allowed us to manage all cars individually and precisely track their history in the company.

Are there any areas they could improve?

With time, everything gets to the point where it needs to improve to keep up with the changes in the market. However, Eximia has been able to help us adapt our system very well these past eight years.

I am the CEO of an optical company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Eximia?

We needed help with moving our system into the cloud.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Eximia has developed our cloud-based core system for management, billing, stock control, CRM, and so on. Our previous servers were on-premises, and we used them for years until it was hacked. The risk was very detrimental to our company, so we decided to move our system into the cloud.

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact is the project manager. I also occasionally work with two developers.

How did you come to work with Eximia?

A colleague who had worked with them before referred them. Upon contacting them, I felt like they were a good fit for our needs.

How much have you invested with them?

Their monthly retainer fee is $350.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in November 2019, and it is an ongoing collaboration.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The new system allows us to have great flexibility when it comes to incorporating features into the system. For example, they’ve integrated a vital CRM feature that we didn’t have before. The team has also integrated Trello into our system, which helps us with project management. Furthermore, being on the cloud makes us feel more secure as we are not dependent on hardware anymore.

How did Eximia perform from a project management standpoint?

Communicating with Eximia is very direct and fluid. I can contact the project manager via WhatsApp whenever I have any questions or requests. As for deadlines, everything has gone according to plan.
