Streamlined platform in order for the trademark applicants to finds this process of registration more accessible.

Key deliverables:

1. Nice class generator for trademark applications. users with low knowledge about trademark registration can use this tool to identify easily the correct Nice class for the trademark application.
2. Trademark registration form. Applicants can use this form to upload all the necessary information and documentation regarding the trademark they wish to register. All being verified afterwards by certified lawyers in order to be compliant with the EU trademark law.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Being so user friendly and helpful for the public, both the trademark registration form as well as the Nice class generator produced more than 400 clients which used one of these tools in the first 3 weeks since the website became public and available for the wide public in Romania.
