Taff is developing our website and customizing our SAAS platform while incorporating AI/ML, as well as making the interface mobile friendly.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

TAFF has been extremely hands on and helping us through each step of the process with kindness and expert knowledge.  They have gone above and beyond to collaborate and meet us where we are.  From budget to timeline to just being great humans, they have exceeded our expectations.  Part of our success will be because they are helping us reach our tech goals on time, within budget and stress-free.

They have been so punctual, on time with deadlines and expectations, very clear with project management needs all around.  Their timeline beat other quotes, as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

TAFF truly hit on the note of being human.  Surprised to see that even the CEO and CTO were very hands on with the process, as well. What impressed us the most was their ability to be "in-person" along with "virtual" and everything in between with clear emails and execution.  Every step of the way, we have felt taken care of.

Are there any areas for improvement or something TAFF Inc could have done differently?

In all areas of life and business, there is room for growth.  The one time where we were needing some clearer articulation on verbal communication, they fixed right away.  They seem open to feedback if there were any.  We view them as a strong partner.

This was a data streaming project covering internal and external data.   It involves the use of Apache Kafka, Apache Flink and Clickhouse. Deliverables included multiple workstreams including manufacturing, distribution, retail sales and more.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Team was able to meet deadlines working across various time zones which can be challenging at times but yet on the other hand very beneficial when managed properly.    Workstreams were delivered;  these added value to the operations team by having real time "up to the minute" accurate data upon which to make more informed business decisions.

Working with the TAFF Team has been a wonderful experience; they are intelligent and delightful!  They respond very quickly & listen well.   They put in significant effort to identify the perfect fits for our required skill sets. All the personnel they’ve provided have proven to be excellent additions to our Team.

Their ease of collaboration and adaptability, beginning with the executive team and extending to all the recruiters, is commendable. They all put in a great deal of effort to ensure a positive experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something TAFF Inc could have done differently?

While TAFF Inc. has been exceptional in their services, there’s always room for growth in any organization. One potential area could be enhancing their communication frequency to provide even more regular updates. However, this is merely a suggestion and not a necessity, as their current performance has already been outstanding.

Bi-weekly releases and recap of the items included, tracked in JIRA and communicated via Slack and email.

I am always seeking more collaborative development, versus feeling like we are just dictating what to do.
