What challenge were you trying to address with Pyzen Technologies?
We had a project from a major US insurance company, and we needed someone to help us develop their app.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Pyzen developed our customer’s web app using Python, making it responsive so that it adjusted to different screen sizes. The app was based on the recent changes in the healthcare industry. Those changes require every insurance company to build Firebase servers to provide their patients or users with an active API that could be used to pull their data. Thus, our client’s app allows patients to log in and see their clinical data.
What is the team composition?
We worked with two developers and one person who helped us set up the server requirements.
How did you come to work with Pyzen Technologies?
Pyzen was referred to us.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $3,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from December 2020–July 2021.We now have another project in the pipeline, so I’ll definitely reach out to them again.

Pyzen had a good understanding of the project, quickly grasping what we needed and delivering quality code. They were also extremely detailed, and they were able to identify any bugs and security issues to fix them.

I managed the project myself, and I didn’t use any project management tools. Still, we used Zoom, Google Meet, and WhatsApp to communicate. They were always available, even late at night when needed.
