We kept failing to understand and scope the Salesforce APIs and functionality. Cloud Ingenious was the first and only partner we had who could actually fill in gaps and be a strategic partner across many Salesforce integrations.

Our app is live, and we have a definite roadmap and technical docs to scale the Salesforce integrations in our app. Salesforce is SUPER complicated, and we were successful only due to Cloud Ingenious's partnership and consulting. They have strategic leaders and also technical developers. I respect them a lot, since I am also in the development space and know it's hard to build a solid team.

Cloud Ingenious always delivered on time. Project management was smooth across multiple teammates we worked with on their team.
Whenever I wrote, I heard back. They were built to serve us and our needs, I trusted Cloud Ingenious and they delivered.

Rohit is a definitive expert in Salesforce and he has around him a highly capable team of many skillsets. I just couldn't find that since the whole Salesforce space is filled with noise and fakers.

Hmmm. In our scope of work, they always backed up their recommendations with explanations. Their writing was clear and I had no issues understanding them in the techncial parts. I have no areas of improvement to recommend.
