As we added more and more to their list of projects, it would have been helpful to have had weekly or biweekly calls beyond the emailing and conference calls we had. It was a complicated process, as our internal team works in very different time zones. We could have been more organized on our end, but we were very pleased with the results. The whole timeline was much shorter than would be ideal, but they overcommunicated and made sure everything was finished in time.
