1. Objective
Design and deploy a robust onboarding system that automates user profile generation using data collected from various organizational sources. The system will use a Python-based decision engine to assign security profiles and Power BI dashboards to visualize onboarding metrics and compliance.

 
2. Background
The organization’s current onboarding methods do not scale well to its large user base (30,000+). A system is needed that not only standardizes onboarding but also dynamically assigns the appropriate security configuration per user based on job function, location, and risk factors.

 
3. Scope of Work
3.1. Requirements Gathering

I had the opportunity to collaborate with Amee on multiple occasion, and her impact was always immediate and meaningful. As a Business Intelligence Developer, she supported our IS Security team by designing tailored reports that significantly improved our audit and provisioning processes. Her work enabled self-service access to high-quality, detailed data that we previously had to fetch and compile manually. It made our workflows faster, more efficient, and far more accurate. The overall improvement is not only improving our auditing but also impacting the entire organization staying compliant. They connected our online platforms between instagram, google business account, booking.com, and website development. We previously never looked at our analytics and she connected them all. Started conversations about KPIs to watch for and new business strategies based on those analytics.

Having our platforms together! Still reviewing how our online presence now will impact our occupancy rate in the hotel. Occupancy rate equates to our revenue.

Always on time and she explained she works in waterfall style with slight agile. They completed things earlier than expected but the project could've been completed if as business owners we communicated more quickly.
