I’m the CEO of Sociooo Inc., a shared mobility platform that connects people to share rides and split travel costs, promoting collaborative, efficient, and environmentally friendly commuting experiences.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire AIT to accomplish for your business?

We hired AIT to design and implement the complete Sociooo platform, turning our business concept into a functional product.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AIT’s engineering team has worked closely with us to develop core features, define the system architecture, and ensure a scalable, end-to-end solution aligned with our business goals. AIT has handled the end-to-end development of our shared mobility platform, including system architecture design, UI/UX development, and full-stack engineering for both web and mobile applications. They’ve built core features such as user onboarding, ride matching, real-time tracking, payment integration, and admin dashboards.In addition to development, AIT has managed testing, deployment, and ongoing technical support. The main deliverables include a fully functional platform, scalable backend infrastructure, user-friendly interfaces, and documentation to support future enhancements.

Our collaboration with AIT has resulted in the successful launch of a fully functional shared mobility platform within the planned timeline. We’ve achieved key milestones such as completing all core features, ensuring stable performance under real-user conditions, and delivering a scalable system architecture.Post-launch, we’ve seen improved user engagement, successful ride matches, and smooth transaction processing, which validates the platform’s usability and reliability. Additionally, the structured development approach and documentation provided by AIT have positioned us well for future growth and feature expansion.

How did AIT perform from a project management standpoint?

AIT has demonstrated strong project management throughout the engagement. They maintain clear communication, provide regular progress updates, and are responsive to feedback and changing requirements.
