I have been working with DIDO for over a year already. We had initially approached them to increase revenue mainly focusing on email marketing, and they quickly got situated via Zoom with us and their team to discuss our brand and pitched us so many ideas with strategizing and really made us feel so included and cared for throughout. 

They standout by having weekly meetings still to this day and not only have taught us so much about this realm of marketing, but our sales have more than doubled since we began working with them. They provide us with in depth analytics as well as we have a dedicated account manager who works all day just on our website. They offer premium support and we always have our questions answered right away. Overall have been beyond satisfied with the relationship and help they have provided us, and we look forward to continuing our business with Dido.

We engaged with DIDO to take over our email program. Ideally they would manage the calendar, plan and execute email campaigns, and strategize on segmentation and trigger programs. They were tasked to grow our email revenue, customer engagement, and SMS program.

• Some months, we received more traffic that was driven from the email campaigns. However, our conversion rates and revenue were down YoY.

They were very timely and very responsive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Roman and Julia were very responsive. No matter when I submitted an email campaign (even the day before an email was requested to deploy), they always met my deadline requests.

Are there any areas for improvement or something DIDO Agency could have done differently?

It took a while for DIDO to "get" our brand. I had to submit very detailed email requests for the majority of our time together (with copy and images), but after a few months, I feel like they got it. However, I still had to come up with the overall themes and messaging ideas. I never received recommendations for SMS, nor do I feel like we did anything impressive with segmentation. Overall, we just weren't able to grow the channel together.
