If things were ever off-track, we were kept in the loop by our existing Scrum framework and addressed gaps directly with resources. While we did not need to leverage this, Simform also had a dedicated Customer Success resource that we could leverage if we were unable to address these gaps directly with our assigned resource.

Great communication, always seeking clarity between my desires and what the programmers were working on. I now have to have him on future projects. I had Kewal Sanghadia as my success manager. He did a great job checking in with me along the way and making sure I was heard through the process. They were a great team! Simform is a well-oiled machine. Our company has been building our own software for the past 13 years and we just started working with Simform in the last 6 months. They have blown me away with their organization, communication, design, and programming.

We have a Slack channel, but we reserve it for bug fixing in emergencies so we’re not cluttering the channel. It can be 12:00 a.m. or 1:00 a.m. for them, but they’re still very responsive. They usually solve issues in less than 15 minutes. On the other hand, feedback and feature requests go in emails. We could mention their technical expertise and wonderful work, but communication is their most impressive trait.
