Our company offers smart HRIS with the man aim to SME segment. My position is Operation officer.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Hardsun?

We wanted to hire dev.company who shares our approach how to design and shape perfect smart HRIS. Hardsun met all our requirements - with skills, project management, and consumer understanding.

What were your goals for this project?

Delivering redesign of version 1 application in such a short time to the new framework and with the ability to fast continuous new features development.

Recommendation and testing skills on another smaller project.

Absolutely standard IT project management - started with functionality matrix, went through design, development, and testing. All planned with milestones, all met in time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Within 2 years there was a sales increase in about higher tens of percent per year. Regular feedback from our customers is quite positive in the meaning of UX / UI. As well, our net promoter score gets higher.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Guys know perfectly manage the time and all delivery procedures. When getting stuck in time or other issues, they communicate actively and with no unnecessary delay.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are always able to express their own opinion, which we appreciate. This can possibly bring new inputs to the project. 

Are there any areas for improvement?

Just a wish to keep such a high level of self-development, confidence, professionality and team management they have how.
