The project involved the creation of a complete set of 3D models for the Terra seating collection, including nine product variants with shared and unique components. The scope covered the development of upholstered chair models, structural frames, UV unwrapping, and preparation for material and texture application. Deliverables included high, medium, and low-back Terra chair variants with multiple base options (swivel cross base, steel four-leg frame, and wooden four-leg frame), while efficiently utilizing common components across the product family. The final models were optimized for use in marketing materials, product visualizations, and digital configurators, ensuring both visual accuracy and consistency with the manufactured products. The completed assets were delivered in multiple industry-standard formats, including 3DS, DWG, OBJ, GLB, STL, and SKP, enabling seamless integration across various design, visualization, and configuration platforms.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered a complete 3D asset set for the Terra product family, enabling faster creation of marketing visuals and configurator outputs. All models were successfully reused across multiple product variants due to a shared component structure, improving efficiency and reducing duplication work. The delivery in multiple formats ensured immediate deployment across different platforms without additional conversion or processing.

Project management was smooth and efficient. We aligned quickly on all clarifications and requirements, and any questions were resolved immediately through fast communication. Bring3D designed and delivered a scalable 3D/AR bathroom con`gurator for Ravak on the Make3DB platform. Our scope included discovery, KPI de`nition, UX/CX design, con`guration logic, product and pricing rules, reusable design system, photorealistic 3D modeling and material optimization, AR preview, downloadable 3D exports for architects and designers, and automation of renders and product visuals. We also handled product data structuring, model-material pairing, Shadow DOM-based implementation for easy embedding across Ravak and partner websites, analytics event preparation, performance optimization, and localization readiness. After the initial launch, we continued expanding the project with related deliverables, including dedicated con`gurator landing pages and promotional assets for web and social media. The project later won 1st place in the Product Design category at WebTop100.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• 3,000+ users reached the con`gurator in the `rst week after launch, without paid campaign support, dedicated landing pages, or partner e-shop rollout. 
• 40% of users scrolled to the con`gurator even though it was placed deep on product pages, indicating strong organic interest and engagement. 
• 60% of users actively interacted with the 3D model by rotating or zooming it, con`rming that the con`gurator successfully encouraged product exploration.
• 65% of users completed the con`gurator checkout eow in the `rst week, showing strong usability and purchase intent already in the initial launch phase.
