I’m the founder of Dobrey, an app dedicated to enthusiastic cooks and eaters.

We needed a company to create a user-friendly mobile app and website for Dobrey. We also needed a team that could become a part of the process of creating the experience.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted the app and site to be user-friendly that fulfilled my vision of the app.

I reached out to and had meetings with multiple vendors, but I ultimately chose Pixelmate due to my personal, positive feelings about them.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

Pixelmate programmed the entire app and website. They’ve been helpful throughout the decision process and shaping the app around my vision. They were highly supervised but they also became mentors on the project.

What was the team composition?

I worked with my project manager and a team of designers and developers.

Though the app is still being developed, I am entirely satisfied with the current performance.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Pixelmate has been great at managing tasks. Their flexibility, patience, and true interest in the project has been appreciated. We communicate primarily through emails and personal meetings.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team’s humanity was impressive.

It would be great if Pixelmate offered a service connecting startups with potential investors. They have great connections in various areas.
