From there, they confirm the details with me in the days/weeks before the event. At the event, they reach out with specific questions, but generally self-manage (we prefer this). After the event, I can expect a polished photo library to be delivered quickly on the agreed timeline. Everything is delivered on time, and communication is swift via email or direct to my cell as needed.
