      Communication was always swift and helpful with Brad, making us more than comfortable in our decision to work with BP. As far as timeliness goes, we were amazed at how quickly we received the first version of the video. The very first version was already so close to our intended goal that we only had a few suggestions for tweaks. Brad moved swiftly on those and we were able to approve the first revision as the final and received it quicker than expected.

      After my initial outreach, they quickly sent me a quote and confirmation of dates. From there, they offer a phone call if we need to discuss goals, event expectations, timelines, or other details. We have worked with them many times and no longer usually require this step. From there, they confirm the details with me in the days/weeks before the event. At the event, they reach out with specific questions, but generally self-manage (we prefer this). After the event, I can expect a polished photo library to be delivered quickly on the agreed timeline. Everything is delivered on time, and communication is swift via email or direct to my cell as needed.
