Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the owner of a photography and doula business. I photograph families and support them as they expand in parenthood, delivering hands on, evidence based, and holistic care.

For what projects/services did your company hire Lighthouse Media?

I worked with Lighthouse Media to produce a promotional video touching on the merge of my photography and doula services into one company. The video highlighted who I am and the services I offer.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We connected through a mutual friend, and when discussing the project it became clear how passionate Cameron is about his work. Through our professional conversation and preparation I knew I could trust him to deliver the vision I had for this project.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We had an initial consult in which we discussed the overall goal for my promotional video and what I wanted the audience to take away after viewing. We determined the video length and discussed how we would go about capturing content to fill that time frame. From there we established the studio location and determined the details for what we would be recording, models to participate, outfits, and how I can best prepare to be on camera.

I created a general monologue in line with the transitions he had in mind. We touched base with a phone call in the week leading up to the shoot to discuss any additional details. The day of the promotional video went seamlessly - we recorded for about two hours and got all that we needed. I received my video in a punctual time frame, delivered online and available for download in multiple formats.

I worked with the owner/videographer and this partner who photographed behind the scenes content.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I had increased traffic to my social media platforms, resulting in an increase in online bookings and inquiries.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was seamless, I appreciated the open line of communication and steady updates via email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was most impressed by the enthusiasm that Cameron had for our project and how professional he was in capturing and delivering the final product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I thoroughly enjoyed the project from start to finish - no complaints!

I hired Lighthouse Media for a branding and marketing video to get some more behind the scenes of what an elopement looks like and what it’s like to work with me.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I decided to work with Cam because he was very personable and understood what I wanted to accomplish and even though my vision wasn’t quite clear, he seemed confident he could make it happen!

Cam tagged along on several of my elopements- traveling a few hours each time. He was willing to hike a bit, off road, and explore in order to capture my business authentically. He got some epic drone shots and caught the sweetest moments of my couples as I took their photos. He then put it all the videos together with some inspiring, upbeat music.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Cam- he was super easy to work with and listened so well. He made every effort to achieve my vision.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Not yet! I haven’t posted my video just yet, but it’ll for sure be up on my website and social medias soon!
