Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Corporate filming and photography was organized for two days. The first day at the company's headquarters, where the production and warehouse areas are located, while on the second day the filming was in the Showroom. Designing the script in agreement with AA frame, selecting actors, assigning employees to help create the complete material. Video editing and image was delivered after shooting in high quality.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

On such projects it is really difficult to get numerical results that indicate success, however, we immediately found the use of photo and video materials for creating content on our website and social networks. We will continue to use them in the following period and through them we will inform our clients more closely about the entire offer of our company.

Everything was delivered at the agreed time. They were maximally adaptable to all our requirements while we continuously worked out each segment of the project and agreed on the entire project. The whole team was really great, all recommendations from us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

A young team attracted us, but they really didn't lack experience. Accessibility, advice and respect for all agreements sets them apart for all future projects, because we were convinced of all that on this one.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AA Frame could have done differently?

We have no complaints based on the previous cooperation. Still, the whole team gave us the impression that they are just getting started and that they plan to provide much better quality services in the future. The quality comes from the experience they gain on all the projects they had the opportunity to be involved in. We wish them many more successful projects and cooperation!

What challenge were you trying to address with AA Frame?

We wanted to produce a few videos featuring some of the new products that we’re launching in the market.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we spoke with AA Frame a couple of times over Zoom, discussing what we wanted to show to our customers. We also gave them a brief with lots of details. From there, we let them handle the entire production process, including storyboarding, editing, audio mixing, and hiring of actors. In a nutshell, their team did everything from scratch and produced two 30-second videos that promoted two of our products.

They were recommended to us by one of our partners.

Overall, AA Frame did a good job. As a result of their efforts, one of our products became out of stock. Moreover, our marketing department liked both videos a lot, and we’ll probably hire their team again in the future.

Their project management style was good. They met all the deadlines, stayed within budget, and communicated regularly via Zoom.

We were impressed with their ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality; the videos they produced looked great and came out exactly as expected. They were also easy to work with, reliable, and fairly priced.

AA Frame should advertise themselves more.

Initially uncertain about our precise needs, we relied on AA Frame to conceptualize and pitch a compelling idea for our video project. Their proposal, focusing on the theme of the challenges in achieving results, resonated with us, leading to its approval after several online meetings. 

The scope of work then expanded to include a casting process, where we selected talents that best fit our vision. The filming took place over a full day at a gym, supported by a large team of professionals, ensuring high-quality production. The project culminated in a post-production phase characterized by clear and precise communication between our team and AA Frame, allowing us to refine the final output to meet our expectations

Following the release and promotion of our video on YouTube, we observed a significant increase in traffic to our website, directly aligning with our primary goal of boosting site visits.

The project management executed by the team was exemplary, characterized by punctuality and clarity from the outset. There were no delays at any stage of the project, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. They granted us access to their Notion management system, providing real-time updates and transparency regarding the project's progress and current focus areas. 

Whenever we had questions, their responses were prompt and informative. Additionally, we organized online meetings as necessary, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Their approach to communication was professional, clear, and highly commendable, effectively catering to our needs

What I found most impressive and truly unique about this company was their proactive approach to developing an original concept when we were unsure of our direction. This demonstrated not only their exceptional creativity but also their dedication to aligning the final product with our vision. 

Additionally, their clear communication practices distinguished them, ensuring that every stage of the project was seamless and aligned with our expectations. Their ability to combine innovative solutions with consistent, transparent communication truly sets them apart in the industry. Their professionalism, creativity, and efficient project management have left a lasting impression, making them an excellent choice for anyone in need of their services

Are there any areas for improvement or something AA Frame could have done differently?

While AA Frame's performance and delivery were outstanding across the board, if there's one area that could be seen as an opportunity for improvement, it would perhaps be in expanding their range of creative concepts initially presented. 

Having a broader selection could further enhance the decision-making process, ensuring that clients have an extensive variety of ideas to choose from that might even better align with their evolving vision. Nonetheless, this is a minor suggestion and doesn't detract from the high quality of service and creativity they provided

What was the scope of their involvement?

AA Frame did video production for us because we needed to market our product in some way to make it stand out from others, so we thought about making a TV commercial. We gave AA Frame our idea, and after a few days, they sent us a script with a proposal, which we liked. We wanted our brand to feature historical persons from our country and have a modern and professional 30-second-long video.

A friend that had worked with them on a movie referred them to us.

We worked together from April–May 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were delighted with all the work they did and the ideas they had. The video they created went viral on TikTok with 100,000 views in a week. Moreover, people saved the video and shared it on WhatsApp and other groups, which became two weeks of constant calls from people asking for our product.

How did AA Frame perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was great; we had regular update sessions to track the progress, and they were always available for a call. Regarding tools, we used Notion for project management and communicated through Google Meet, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their best attribute was their understanding of what we wanted, what our product was about, and what we wanted to accomplish with the commercial.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on.

Any advice for potential customers?

Be open and trust their ideas because they're very creative and will understand what you want to accomplish.
