Project: Photography to cover the full timeline Lockton's elevated offsite events, beginning with guest arrival and continuing through the presentation (where applicable), lunch buffet, and afternoon activities. Key focus areas include stage presentations, audience engagement, group and solo pictures, branded elements, and candid interactions throughout both indoor and outdoor spaces. The goal is to deliver a clean, professional visual record of the event that supports internal communications, recaps, and future promotional use.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

SF Event Photo produces many of the best, high quality galleries I see during our event season. As a global company, we hire photographers across the country, and SF Event Photo consistently delivers creative, high quality, attention grabbing photos that stand out on an incredibly tight timeline. This allows for us: 

• to ride the momentum of the event and get photos shared for LinkedIn ASAP 
• to have interesting photos across our Associate LinkedIn feed 
• to drive engagement by sharing libraries to our teams 
• to have high quality photo libraries to pull from for our promotional materials throughout the year 
• to have high quality photos for promotional materials 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

After my initial outreach, they quickly sent me a quote and confirmation of dates. From there, they offer a phone call if we need to discuss goals, event expectations, timelines, or other details. We have worked with them many times and no longer usually require this step. From there, they confirm the details with me in the days/weeks before the event. At the event, they reach out with specific questions, but generally self-manage (we prefer this). After the event, I can expect a polished photo library to be delivered quickly on the agreed timeline. 
Everything is delivered on time, and communication is swift via email or direct to my cell as needed.

I’m the production manager of a global marketing agency specializing in creating impactful brand experiences through extraordinary events, combining strategic planning, venue selection, and advanced stage production to engage audiences.

We hired SF Event Photo to be our primary event photographer for the event. The goal was to capture the entire event with the right aesthetic.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SF Event Photo captured the entire event from start to finish, followed the shot list, took candid shots of people, and brought the event to life through photography. We received an edited online gallery to download the images.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from SF Event Photo.

How did you come to work with SF Event Photo?

We found them through an online search and chose them because they were close to my geographic location.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together in January 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

SF Event Photo completed the assignment, matched the aesthetic we were hoping for, met all deadlines, and was very communicative. The client was pleased with the look of the photos. We hired them again for a separate event because we trust their vision and work. The photos were used internally to share across multiple teams globally.

How did SF Event Photo perform from a project management standpoint?

They were great communicators, always delivered, were upfront about costs, and were always willing to work with us to make it happen. We communicated via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were a very calm and collected group of photographers. They were up for a challenge and worked with us to bring our vision to life. They were usually always available to work with us. Overall, they were a true joy to work with.

There was nothing they needed to improve.
