Feedback summary:

The products Nash Pictures LLC delivers are all well received. They manage projects well and are very thorough with logistics. They provide structure and balance with the creative elements, and they foresee potential problems before they arise.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I've worked with Nash at two organizations. The first was a software platform in the recruitment marketing space, and my current company is in the application performance monitoring space. We're also an enterprise SaaS company. I'm the director of brand, and I handle a global creative team that manages all our conferences, website, and video assets.

What challenge were you trying to address with Nash Pictures LLC?

I've hired them for a number of video projects.

What was the scope of their involvement?

One project included customer testimonial videos; another was for interviews at conferences. We recently went public with the NYSE, so Nash came to help us document that experience. I've also leveraged them for creative projects as well. I wrote scripts, then they did all the production work for corporate storytelling videos. They do all the shoots and a lot of editing, and I trust them to deliver the products we want.

In my previous position, we relied on them for some brand videos. I used them for at least two videos. One was a scripted shoot with a narrator and a montage sequence. The second was a corporate video in an office setting. They made sure we captured the emotion and the story we wanted to tell.

What is the team composition?

We work with a go-to cameraman, a producer, and also a grip or second cameraman.

How did you come to work with Nash Pictures LLC?

They were a friend of a friend, and I've known them for a while. I have a large network of vendors to choose from, but Nash is always my video production agency of choice.

How much have you invested with them?

The price varies from project to project, but they're always flexible and willing to work with us to come up with a budget that suits our needs.

What is the status of this engagement?

I've worked with them at my current company since about May 2018. We have several projects going at any one time, so the work with them is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The videos they shoot are very well received. The corporate video was very highly rated, and we've never had any negative feedback for their work.

How did Nash Pictures LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They're excellent project managers, and most of our communication is by phone or email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're incredibly thorough and careful with logistics. I'm not that thorough, which is one reason I like working with them. They provide structure and are a good counter to my crazier creative aspects. They foresee potential problems, make sure our shoot list is manageable, and check our locations. They're extremely dependable, and are a large part of our process.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't have anything they should improve. I really enjoy working with them, and would recommend them to other companies.
