They then set up a team and work with us. CGTechnologies is also great around resources, time, and completions. Delays rarely happen, and we understand them if they need more time. More often than not, they complete their work on time. Finally, they’re highly dependable; in many situations, they go beyond what we ask from them. They’re truly reliable. When we’re in a complicated situation, they pursue our goals and continue working hard to solve our problems. Whatever I ask them to do, they’re there; they have my back and provide support.

Ultimately, the less I need to use Generation Technology Solutions, the better. This isn’t to say that they’re not proactive. They’re constantly in communication with me, telling me what they’re seeing and recommending upgrades or new software. For the size of company we are and how Generation Technology Solutions operates, it’s a good fit. It may be part of their sales strategy, but they’re pretty proactive in keeping me informed of what’s out there, what to look out for, and what we should do as some of our equipment ages.

Usually, they are pretty quick in resolving issues; if something from servers needs to be replaced or they don't need to order it, they resolve it within a day or two when they need to come to our office. Still, if they can do it remotely, they get it done within hours. They do a good job of meeting deadlines and communicating, but if it's just them. It gets complicated when another third party is involved.
