• Network administration: setting up and maintaining the our local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN), including routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
• Data backup and recovery: Responsible for backing up our critical data and ensuring that it can be recovered in the event of a disaster or system failure.
• Security management: implementing and maintaining security protocols to protect the our network and data from cyber threats and hacking attempts.
• Technical support: The IT company will provide technical support to the organization's employees, responding to helpdesk requests, and resolving any issues or questions related to their computer systems or software.
