Digital Sky Solutions provides our company with all of our software system security needs which includes any software updates, and system problem solutions and repair. They also provide us with the information about future trends and needs for our company to stay current with our software and computer needs that our company will require as we grow.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our software systems were running very poorly and were always problematic making us aware of the potential for the ongoing hacker threats out there. We were mainly looking for security for our systems so that if something should happen and we crashed that we could get our information back.

Digital Sky Solutions has provided us with the security in knowing that we are protected beyond our expectations. They have also gone over and above and keep us up-to-date on what we need to continue that security.

Digital Sky Solutions has be very proactive in finding out what the current and future needs of our company are and meeting or exceeding those requirements. They are always one step ahead, or more, of what we will need. Their expertise in the industry gives us peace of mind in knowing that they are always anticipating what we will need in the future and to know that our current needs are being met every second of the day.

The owner of Digital Sky Solutions really impressed us during our initial meeting by not being the typical "computer guy". He was so aware of our business needs beyond what software systems and security we would need but also how certain types of services would affect our business. Since he himself is a business owner he could provide a well rounded knowledge of how certain products, services and scenarios could affect our business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Digital Sky Solutions could have done differently?

Their company has always exceeded our expectations with their knowledge, service, and quick response times, especially whenever we call for any little issue. They work on the issue right away and it's fixed before you know it as they are aware of how much downtime can affect a business.
