That every person who works for this company seems driven by genuine concern for the people they talk to. Literally, I'm used to asking a question on a Monday and not having an answer until Friday. Whereas with this team, you ask a question on a Monday, you're going to get an answer on Monday. I don't know if the bar is just so low but you literally WILL NOT find a team better suited to thoughtfully address any small (or large) problem in a way that feels consultative, never condescending, in a manner that still manages to impress even me, years into this relationship with them.

To this day, I still use the tools we used for the web redesign and digital campaigns because they were so effective and instrumental to our success. Their ability to understand and adapt to their client is outstanding. I've worked with other agencies with a certain level of arrogance, but I never once encountered this with any member of the Walker Sands team. They listened to us, took our feedback to heart, and came up with brilliant ideas. I also think they are the whole package—smart, creative, hard-working, technical, strategic, and genuinely nice.
