      They communicated very well, and always asked us great questions to make sure the videos were as effective as possible. Some vendors are hesitant to involve the client and work independently, often leading to gaps between the idea and the end product. Sparkhouse was completely engaged, and we were very happy with the results. They felt like an internal department, rather than just a vendor.

We had communicated that we wanted the video to be no longer than 90 seconds, but it ended up closer to 1:45 through the editing process.       Thatch Films provided great communication. I was in direct contact with their videographer beforehand, and after that, with their editor. I also talked with their project manager, and whenever I needed anything, she helped me in selecting our music and putting together a mood board. She guided me throughout the process because I never did something like that. I never felt like I wasn’t getting answers from them. They sent me calendar appointments and they let me be a part of the creative process. Most of all, be open to ideas, and do not be shy to bring forth your own idea because they’re definitely receptive to those.
