This project involved comprehensive video production to highlight our customer's campus, encompassing everything from initial scouting to final asset delivery. Our team, in collaboration with Mineral Media, successfully navigated all stages of the production process.

Key Activities:

• Location Scouting: Identified and secured optimal filming locations across the customer's campus.
• Interview Filming: Conducted and filmed 10 in-depth interviews with key stakeholders to capture authentic insights.
• Production Management: Managed all logistical aspects, including video releases, filming schedules, and customer coordination.
• Post-Production: Handled all editing, color grading, sound design, and graphics to produce high-quality video content.
• Photography: Captured a variety of still photography assets alongside video production.
• Deliverables:
• Main Customer Brand Film: A comprehensive video showcasing the customer's campus and story.
• Social Cutdowns: Shorter, optimized video versions for various social media platforms.

• Transcript Content Integration: Transcripts were utilized in additional marketing content pieces (e.g., blog posts, email campaigns, whitepapers), extending the value of interview insights.
• Digital Advertising Usage: Video content was incorporated into 4 digital ad campaigns, contributing to greater engagement compared to previous ads. 
• Sales Enablement & Product Launch Impact: The main customer brand film served as a pivotal asset for our annual sales kickoff and a key product launch event, reaching approximately 1,000+ attendees. This marked a significant qualitative leap in our enterprise-level storytelling, evidenced by widespread positive feedback among attendees regarding the video's quality and emotional connection.

Despite the tight turnaround time from filming to final delivery, dictated by our customers' availability, Mineral Media successfully produced drafts for review and delivered a customer-approved final video well in advance of our key events. Their team proved to be personable, easy to collaborate with, and respectful of our customers throughout the entire process.
